I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2018 and since then my career has taken me to the island of Hawai'i, Wyoming, Florida and now Nevada.My work is rooted in the understanding that the nervous system plays a central role in how we experience discomfort, recovery, and overall health.Clients often describe my sessions as both deeply therapeutic and profoundly relaxing. My goal is not simply to address symptoms, but to create an environment where your body can shift into a parasympathetic state - where healing, recovery, and lasting change become possible.I embody what I preach by regularly receiving bodywork, practicing yoga and weight lifting, studying shadow work, alchemy, nutrition, anatomy, holistic health practices, meditation, and psychology. I enjoy dancing, a multitude of creative outlets, and having fun with my community.
